Drake is talking crazy on his new song "Draft Day." As a hip-hop track, it is rather bold: a prolific list of celebrities take the heat, ranging from Chance The Rapper, bombshell actress Jennifer Lawrence and Jay Z and Kanye West. Drake hurls insults at the latter two, once again sparking online debate over whether he is on the outs.
The 27-year-old rapper dedicates the track to Texas A&M's star quarterback Johnny Manziel.
Moments before revealing the song on Tuesday (April 1), he shared:

""Just hits, no misses. That's for the married folks," he raps, taking the opportunity to dig--most likely in retaliation to Jay Z's cheap shot on a Jay Electronica track: "Sorry Mr. Drizzy for so much art talk. Silly me rappin' 'bout sh** that I really bought. Why these rappers rap about guns they ain't shot? And a bunch of other silly sh** that they ain't got."
"On some 'Hunger Games' sh**, I would die for my district," he raps. "Jennifer Lawrence: You could really get it. I mean, for real girl, you know I had to do it for ya."
If the song's vibe sounds familiar, well, it is. Drake pulls clear influences from Lauryn Hill's "Doo-Wop," from 1998.
Drake's most recent album Nothing Was The Same arrived at the summit on the Billboard 200 all-genre album chart last fall, quickly moving one million copies by the end of November.
